I just read that someone accepted $15,000 per mineral acre for their oil rights. I was wondering what pricing might be considered for Canadian County Section 10, 10 North.

Offers for mineral rights depend upon location and reservoir(s) and if leased and producing, the royalty rate. You need to complete your description. You are missing the range.

Camino has an increased density hearing for 10-10N-6W. You many get some offers by companies that send postcards out when they see increased density cases. I cannot really comment on the price per acre. Someone else may be able to offer some insight.
