We own a small interest in 112 acres and have been offered $500.00 just for pooling rights. Is this about standard? ---

I’m late to the party, but here goes anyways. A $500 offer is pretty standard, particularly from Antero Resources. I think it’s a pitifully small amount. How small is your interest? ---
