We received a pooling notice in March from Ovintiv for the lands listed on the heading. I looked again recently in the OCC electronic filings but could not find the cause number or existing case.

We have been in process of changing our address/management and have many leases and pooling orders to research that may have fallen through the cracks in the transition.

Additional to this question, any suggestions on how to cast a net across our mineral ownership in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and Colorado to make sure we have not missed pooling orders and/or lease offers during this time?

Thanks for any input/consideration!
