The letters tell you what is going on. Put them in numerical case order and then by date. Read them in order and they will start to make sense. Two companies are interested in drilling horizontal wells. Pay special attention if there any POOLING cases as you only have 20 days in which to reply or you will be given the lowest royalty. Do you have particular questions about the cases? Give the case number at the top in your question.
