I received a pooling notice from Bravo Arkoma - Section 33, 3N, 13E. Does anyone know what the per acre pooling price is for a lease here? Have had offer of $400 per acre at 1/8, or $300 at 3/16. No term is shared in the letter. Any news on this or Section 28, 3N, 13E appreciated.
