Anyone have experience with recent pipeline right of way (ROW) compensation in Texas? Magellan Pipeline is constructing a new products pipeline from Erath County to Robertson County, Texas to transport diesel and gasoline. They have been offering about $250/rod initially for a 50’ permanent ROW plus a 45’ temporary workspace. Interested in knowing what final compensation has been paid either through negotiation or condemnation.
