Greetings fellow members:

I’m trying to obtain information regarding pipeline easement rates. I have 80 acres south of Pecos and have been contacted by Oxy for an easement for a single six-inch pipeline. Any information on current rates being paid for aforementioned easements would be greatly appreciated. Also, what’s the most common use for a 6" line, i.e., water, gas, etc?

I got inquiry today for 6" crude pipeline north of Pecos. Have you started any negotiations yet?
