We own mineral rights in this area and have been approached by a landman to lease for 3 years at 275 antil we were contacted acre is that the going rate we didn’t even know anything about it til we were contacted ---

It is a modest offer. A lot depends on who is doing the offering and more importantly than anything else is the royalty rate and the timing and method of payment. LM said: > Well any one else ??? ---
