Greetings. I would like to thank everyone for the welcome I received here, and most especially, the outstanding advice and assistance from some good people who went out of their way to show me the way out of a bad deal I was stuck in. I am no longer a landowner in Ward County, or anywhere in Texas. I wish good health and prosperity to all. Again, thank you all very much.
