I’d like a very rough estimate of what the mineral rights are worth in these sections in Park County, Wyoming:

Township 57 North, Range 98 West Section 2: SW/4 Section 10: N/2SE/4, NE/4NE/4SW/4 Section 11: W/2NW/4, N/2SW/4 Section 11: SE1/4 NW1/2

We’re trying to value it for estate purposes, it doesn’t have to be precise. Any suggestions on how to figure this out?
