What verbiage/information is important to include when wanting to know if/how the transferred royalty interest rate is being correctly applied on revenue statements.

I realize this can be a very difficult subject because of pooling and a number of other factors. But there are some producers that I must not be verbalizing my need to know if and how our royalty interest listed on the Transfer Order is being used.

I will be sending my next letter after hearing from this forum by registered letter to the producers.
