If someone with personal knowledge of leasing in San Augustine County doesn’t respond, you might try going to CourtHouseDirect and signing up for their Lease Alert for that county. It’s free and depending on how much activity there is they’ll send you weekly or monthly emails that give access to all the leases that have recently been recorded in San Augustine or other counties you select.
