The website to search the Mineral Owner Escrow Account has changed. The previous site provides a link to a dead page. Currently you can search here [New MOEA Search Page](https://case.occ.ok.gov/ords/f?p=1004:203)

For most searches for the search criteria use the “Is in” choice. This is because funds submitted using a term like “Estate of John Williams”. A “begins with” search may exclude these results
