Below are actual lease offers that were sent to me recently by mineral owners. While some of these owners may have eventually negotiated better terms, these are (in most cases) the initial offers they received.

$700/acre, 3+2 years, 3/16 royalty in 15-16N-26W of Roger Mills County, Oklahoma
$1000/acre, 3 years, 3/16 royalty in 19-1N-3W of Garvin County, Oklahoma
$50/acre, 3 years, and 1/8 royalty in 16-5N-2E of McClain County, Oklahoma
$60/acre, 3 years, 1/8 royalty in 16-5N-2E of McClain County, Oklahoma
$160/acre, 3 years, 3/16 royalty in 28-11N-3E of Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma
