What’s the going lease bonus rate for Oklahoma County right now?

They would vary across the county. Need a section, township and range location. Bonus amounts are not public, but the royalties can be found.

It is Oklahoma county Section 36 12 north 2 west.

And Oklahoma county Section 31 12 n 1w.

Section 36 12 north 2 west. No new leases posted in the last 36 months, A couple of leases in section 27 were at 1/8th (12.5%)

Section 31 12 n 1w. No new leases posted in the last 36 months, A couple of leases in section 21 were at 1/8th (12.5%)

You might be early in the leasing cycle.
