I was offered a lease for 3 years with Dutton Resources LLC, per Ron J. Martin. I signed the lease and mailed it back about two months ago. I have not heard from them and not received my bonus. I own 26.666.67 acres so it was a good sum. I need to find out how to see if they have filed the lease and how to get in touch with them. I am unable to reach the agent and cannot find any contact for Dutton Resources PO box 5378, Edmond, OK 73083. I feel that I’ve been taken for a ride. Please someone help. Thank you

Use the search icon (magnifying glass) and search for Dutton. In the future, never hand over a lease without being paid the same day…
It does not appear that it has been filed yet according to www.okcountyrecords.com Review your paperwork and see if you have a draft letter that went with the offer. It can delay your payment by months…
Since my post Feb. 15 regarding unable to reach or find contact for Dutton Resources and not receiving my bonus, I have received my bonus and found the contact number to get the process started.
