Have a lease offer in front of me on 28 Township 9 North Range 4 West starting at 6000 for 1/8 and down from there. Hope that helps

I’d say sit tight. They started on me a year ago at 1500 for 3/16s, now it’s 5000 for 3/16s. Hide and watch.
