Also have another question. Have very small interest in producing well in Moscow, TX by Devon Energy. It is not producing much these days and a while back we were approached with a revision to the contract for horizontal drilling on the well but no money was offered. Is this a standard practice?

I am trying to get my minerals leased again. What are my best options? I know things are down right now.

Have you heard of anything going on in Polk County? I am trying to get my minerals leased again. I know things are slow right now but would love to at least get them leased.
Thanks
Mary Ann
