What type of activity is going on in this area? Signing amount per acre? Royalty percentage? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Ichilly123, Next door to the southwest, Steadfast Oil and Gas had a permit approved June 27, 2018, for a 5,200’ horizontal well (API 115 33776). At this time, I find no spud notification (begin drilling). That’s the only thing I see in that area on the GIS map.

LER, Re Bird and a few other companies are offering up to $300 an acre and 20 to 25% royalty.
