I just received a call from a landman interested in leasing my mineral rights. I’m wondering if there is activity in the area that I should be aware of. I have rights in Section 13, Township 12, Range 15W. I’m actually interested in selling and told him that I’d prefer to just sell. He said he’d get back to me with an offer. I checked the okcountyrecords and didn’t see many sales or leases right nearby, most are closer to 19W or 20W. So, if anyone knows of anything going on in the area that they would be willing to share I’d be grateful. Thanks.

There are two dry holes in 13-12N-15W. There seems to be a leasng play in 13N nearby. Horizontal wells are pending in 12N-14W, so something may be moving your way.
