I am looking to sell OGM Property in Ritchie County in order to close an Estate.

Tax bill shows:

1/4 OGM 76.5 AC Painter Ridge Ritchie County, District 05-Grant Account Number: 00011342 Property Map/Parcel: 9999 0005 0333 0000

in name of: Stewart B. Say

Say B G HRS

Anyone know of companies interested in buying OGM properties?

Is this producing? If so, ask the company. Not too far from areas where Antero and Noble are leasing and drilling.

Maybe they would be interested.

Check here [WV Office of Oil and Gas Operator search](http://www.dep.wv.gov/oil-and-gas/databaseinfo/Pages/searchoperatorandagentaddress.aspx) for their contact information.

Checking a database I have a subscription to, I see that this trust LOVE WINSTON A FAMILY TRUST

has another 1/4 interest in this property; perhaps they would like to buy?

If you want to go hunting on the Ritchie County tax website, you can find the Trust’s contact information. I found it.
