What kind of offers have you gotten on your producing and nonproducing minerals in Payne, Logan, and Garfield Counties? Who is buying and who is making the best offers? Post $$ amount offered and if the offer is for producing or nonproducing minerals. Please post your experience; this may save some from selling too low.

You can also post current Leasing Bonus rates if you wish.

We just leased for $450 and 3/16. Considering the state of the oil industry at this time, I thought that it was a fair offer. Logan County.

Has anyone received an offer since the price of crude oil fell? I would be surprised if anyone is, but if they are, I would further be surprised to see anyone offer more than 2 x the typical lease bonus. The price crash will cause a “freeze up” of sales already not in the pipeline. At least that is my fear, but I would want to hold off for at least the next 12 - 18 months. And unless the winter cold deepens, I don’t see gas prices improving either.
