Sec 15 & 16, Blk C2, A-5084 & A-5086 Canyonlands 15-16. Offer is $13,000 NMA
Received this last week. We leased at 1/4 so this seems better than last offer which was at 10k NMA but still no word on additional wells for these sections.
Is this reasonable? Thanks
