Just received an offer to extend an existing oil and gas lease for one year for my 160 NMA in Laramie County, Wyoming, 13/63. Anyone have any recent offers near my land I can compare to? Trying to find out what the current bonus offers are. Thanks.

I cannot speak into the bonus amounts being offered. However, 2020 was a rough year for Wyoming drilling due to COVID drop in demand so not surprised to see extensions offered so companies can get back to drilling as prices rise. Ask if the company is planning to drill this year and want a one year lease or if they want a three year lease.
