There are a lot of companies out there offering to buy part or all of your mineral rights. Anywhere from $600 to $2500 per acre. Be careful, most of them are leeches. ---

Probably the easiest way to tell is how much information they tell you about your mineral interest and its past, present, and future potential value. The less they tell, the less likely you should sell. The more they tell, you should be able to verify what they are saying. Stan Sayers said: > How do you know the difference? ---
