Be sure and put your royalty with the offer amount as the offer is tied to the royalty.

There is a lot infill drilling pending in the sections in that township. Let’s just say that offer is lower than some I have had heard about. The Columbine 22\_15 wells have already spud. They want to buy your royalties before you know about them…
