Received a call to sell rights in Garvin 33 1N 1W. A very high offer considering that oil is so low. $170 thousand. Anyone else getting calls? Any new info on this area? Thank you.

Continental has a horizontal play for the Woodford in the area. They just extended the time on the order on their pooling order for that section. Someone want a piece of the intended well. They may hit pause on the well until prices go up, but I suspect someone wants your minerals and is willing to hold them until then.
