My mother has mineral rights to 160 acres and she has been contacted by Dorado Petroleum.

What kind of activity is going on in that area?

Where is the 160 located, please?

There is heavy leasing activity going on, so you need to move cautiously.

Depending on the locale, I have been hearing up to $550 and a quarter royalty.

The farm is 7 1/2 miles northwest of Shallowater. It appears there are wells only 5 miles north that are pumping 50-70 barrels. The land man is with Dorado Pet out of Ft. Worth???

I am not aware of activities in that part of the County unfortunately.

I know of an offer on property west of Wollforth, east of the airport and all the way south through Lynn and Terry counties…

What is the offer, if you don’t mind sharing?
