Hello,

I recently purchased property in the above location. Trying to find out who currently owns the mineral rights as I did not see it present in the abstract or closing paperwork.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Likely to be a lot of “someones”. The Garvin Courthouse will have those records. It is digital back to a certain time, but physical records only prior to that. You can start with a search on [www.okcountyrecords.com](http://www.okcountyrecords.com)
