Can someone tell me what this means on a well permit application?

A non-pooled undivided interest owner is exercising its right to drill on the a tract.

Hey, David!

It sounds like an Exploration Company that owns Mineral Interests in the subject lands is declaring that it is going to drill, but with their interests not pooled with the other interests.

Can you upload the paperwork you found this in? That might help us understand the issue a little better in order to answer your question.
