Can someone please let me know if this is a good deal or not? My sister and I inherited this and really have no clue about any of it. We were contacted by this company and do not want to be taken advantage of…

Family has mineral interest in 8N 8W Grady County - different section - some family members recently sold theirs for 3000 an acre, a few weeks later I was offered 7500 an acre. Most will say better not to sell, but everyone has different situation
