Is anyone aware of plans to develop horizontal drilling in the Merchant unit? I am not aware of any permits being sought, but companies are making offers to purchase interests.

I just received a lease offer yesterday from Double Eagle Development to drill below 7,800’. The offer is for $750/net mineral acre and 25% royalty. Any thoughts on this offer? The royalty percentage seems very good, but I’m wondering about asking more for a larger bonus.
