Just started researching the details around the mineral rights owned by my family on 365 acres in McMullen County. County office was no help. All I have is an abstract number and an old survey. What are next steps? Should I contact a landman?

We own property leased by EOG Resources in McMullen County. You could call our guy at EOG. His name is Bradley Holley and his number is 956-792-4617. He could probably get you to the right people.
