# Net mineral acres included in well unit

My cousins and I are 75% ownership of minerals of a previously sold family farm. My division order states 7.1 net acres were included in the Pistole Unit of the Menn PB well. I own 23.3 mineral acres. We are not included in the upcoming Hughes well. Does Comstock only take a percentage of your acres? If not, where did my mineral acres go? If our tracts are included, would all of the acres be included?
