From my initial research, seems like a fair amount of drilling and production in the vicinity. I was contacted recently by someone inquiring about rights. Any thoughts on how to find out more info would be helpful. ---

Last major leasing push was in mid to late 2012. Horizontal drilling just a few sections north of you. Bide your time and get informed. Read the forum discussions from the last few months, read the MINERAL HELP section above, go to the Garvin County page and view the LINKS for MINERAL OWNERS to get the websites that are most helpful. Your first offer will be lowball, but it does indicate interest, so that is good. ---

Is anyone able to access the pooling orders for sec 25 19N 2W? Why computer doesn’t seem to work on the OCC website even after downloading their program thanks in advance. ---
