I am looking for an attorney in New Mexico to look over a lease we received on some mineral interests in Lea County.

We have used an attorney in Albuquerque who does mineral rights legal work. He was very helpful to our family in securing a very good lease and ensuring that the lease terms were beneficial to our family. His name is Kenneth Leach 505-883-2702. We had many offers to purchase our rights as well as offers to lease. The offerings were all over the place. If you have mineral rights in Lea County, there is a lot of interest and you should ensure that you get the best terms.
