# Need help converting NMA to NRA

If someone could help me I really would appreciate it. I have .1666 NMA burdened by .66501650 NPRI. .125 NMA not burdened by NPRI. .1 NPRI ownership. .25 lease royalty.

Also, if an offer to purchase is made, does the offer amount get reduced by 50% when mineral acres are converted to royalty acres?
