I’m seeking recommendations for an attorney experienced in representing and recovering the rights for individuals who have been defrauded. I am in another state and the attorneys I’m finding online all seem to be those who would consult with an individual prior to a sale, but the sale has already taken place and was very clearly based on fraudulent activity. I would love to get two or three attorneys I can call to find a good fit to help my family member. Tyler county, if that makes any difference.
