I'd highly recommend attending the National Assn. of Royalty Owners - Texas convention in Austin on July 17-19. I've learned so much at these and made great contacts who help keep me informed of current leasing rates, well activity, etc. - a great group of folks! NARO and this forum are two of my most valued resources. Hope to see you there!
