Hello, Anyone know what the going rate per rod for a multi use easement in Reeves county. Specifically section 10 blk.54 Tsp 5. Two 12” lines and two 6” lines. Just trying to get an idea. Thanks Michele

Hi Michelle, welcome to the forum. Earlier posts from TennisDaze  
have referenced a University of Texas Lands Rate and Damage Schedule that is available on the internet. Maybe a place to get some idea of the typical rate.
