# Missing heirs for oil and gas rights

I am one of several heirs for oil and gas rights in Harrison County, West Virginia. My grandparents, parents and I have been paying tax on this property but no one knows where the other heirs are. I’d like to sell or donate these rights but can’t since I am not the sole owner. Where do I go from here? Thanks!
