We have received an offer to buy our minerals in Henderson County. While we do not plan to sell them, is there anything going on that would have generated this offer?

I have been seeing offers in Tarrant County lately, and come to find out that new drilling permits were issued in the area where buyers are soliciting. You might check recent drilling permits in Henderson County.
