I have had several companies wanting to buy my minerals. Has anyone sold and what would they be worth? THANKS!!

I get cold calls and letters every week trying to buy my mineral rights. Not one of them has ever offered what I thought they would be worth. One lease bonus would cover more than they’re offering to buy for. The only advice I’ve seen on here from people much more knowledgeable than me is: DON’T SELL!
