# Minerals in Gaines County.. Sec.13, Blk C-32 (offsetting Adair Unit)

**Anybody have input as to why there is so much interest in Gaines County, Texas?**

**Have received various offers recently and not sure why the sudden interest.**

**Minerals in Gaines County.. Sec.13, Blk C-32 .. which is the section offsetting the Adair Unit which was operated by Amarada Hess, maybe Apache now.**

Michael,

The San Andres Formation is producing some very good oil and gas wells in Gaines County. Ring Energy, Sheridan Production and others are very busy in this County.
