Would like any information on what mineral rights sales are going for in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma particularly in Section 1- 17N-7W, SE/4 or surrounding. Any assistance would be appreciated. Is there any activity in the area?

There is quite a bit of horizontal activity in the township to the north. Leasing activity is picking up some. Don't have any sales information.

Arthur,

It looks like your minerals are held by production from a CHK well, the Martin 1&2. Since they are held by production, most companies will make you an offer on a calendar payout (example 70 months). With oil prices falling so hard, it will also do the same to the price they will pay.
