Hi, new here. I need to find out if an offer made for mineral rights to property my family owns in Southern part of Eddy County is a decent, fair offer. Can someone advise me? Thank you!

Mineral rights values vary from zero to very high in Eddy County, so more detail on where those rights are (Township, Range, Section) would be required to get an answer.
