My wife discovered that her late grandfather owned some mineral rights in Wilson County. I am inquiring as to how we can go about getting it into her name and her sister’s (heirs to their grandfather’s property). Do we do an affidavit of ownership? Any suggestions about a trustworthy lawyer in Wilson County? County Clerk provided no info.
We would really appreciate any information as to how we go about this. Thanks.
