Companies are able to purchase for about $800–$1200 per acre in there. Not saying that’s all they are worth, but they have been able to get mineral owners to sell for that much. ---

Mr. Butler- Depending on where you are at in Township 10N 60W, your value is going to change quite drastically. The closer you are to a producing well the better off you will be.
