# Mineral Rights in Anderson County

I am helping a friend that bought mineral rights in the early 1980s and has never physically visited the sites. I easily found the first site and have the property owner info, etc.
I am having problems finding the second site (WM. H. PATE Survey). Would it be possible to ask for assistance locating this parcel?
Any help would be appreciated. I look forward to learning and helping here as well.

There are two WH Pate Surveys. One has Abstract Number 648 and the other has 650. As shown on the map below, A-648 is located northeast of Palestine, very close to Highway 155. A-650 is located southeast of Palestine, close to Highway 287.

I am not sure where one can get individual abstract plat maps - perhaps with the county clerk.
