I was just offered $5000 an acre for mineral rights in Custer County, Oklahoma. I have owned 160 acres for 30 plus years. Never had an offer before… never looked for one. I would like to sell but not sure how to. Monthly royalties around $300.

Does this sound like a legit offer?
